Need a little Personal Budget Magic?

Need a little Personal Budget Magic?

Managing your money

If the word “budget” sends chills up your spine,  a little Personal Budget Magic may be the trick you need to calm your fears.

Believe it or not, developing and living by a budget can actually make you feel better about money. If you have never been shown a simple system for tracking and planning your income and expenses, now is the time to learn.

I am now offering a free 3-hr. workshop titled Personal Budget Magic, designed to prevent your money from disappearing!

This is the same practical, easy-to-apply system my mother taught me and I have taught dozens of others through the UW Experimental College and similar venues.

I will teach you this accounting system using just paper, pencil and calculator, but it can be adapted to computer programs if you prefer.

In just 3 hours, you will:

—> Develop and practice a simple, practical, personalized budget system

—> Identify (and learn to avoid) “black holes” that swallow your money

—> Take control of your finances so they won’t control you

With this system you can ignore your checkbook balance without guilt!

No computer necessary; no advanced math required. Maximum of 10 students per class means you get individualized attention from the instructor (me)!

The next class is Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 9A-noon at the Prudential Northwest Realty office in West Seattle. 4700 42nd Ave SW, Suite 600. (Call me for dates of future classes.)

Pre-registration is required by noon on Friday, January 18th. To register, call me at 206-708-9800 or send me an e-mail at: AliceKuder@PNWRealty.com.

What have you got to lose except your fear of money?
