Thinking of buying your first home? Check out “Homebuying 101”
Thinking of buying your first home? Few tasks can seem as daunting as this, no matter how old or how sophisticated you are.
Although searching for a home online is incredibly easy, it is just the first of many steps necessary to get you to the end goal of actually owning a home.
What comes next?
Deanne Sposari, Loan Officer with Evergreen Home Loans, and Prudential real estate agent, Alice Kuder, will provide the answers during “Homebuying 101”, on Wednesday, Dec. 5th from 6-7:30PM at the Prudential office in West Seattle.
This casual, fast-paced workshop will give you the information you need to determine if now is the right time for you to buy a home.
You will learn:
> How to apply for a home loan & how much mortgage you can afford
> The time and costs associated with buying a home
> How to find a real estate agent you’ll love!
The cost is $8/person, which includes all workshop materials and a box lunch consisting of a sandwich, chips, cookie and apple catered by Husky Deli.
Pre-registration is required by noon, Dec. 4th. Register by phone: 206-708-9800, or e-mail: AliceKuder@PNWRealty.com
